I have undertaken most roles within the Resource Management space. I started as a technology contract recruiter, but I have been lucky enough to have undertaken many roles in the industry. From recruiter to MD, from interim CPO to founder. I have worked within market leading and world class delivery and contingent resource teams, as well as sitting within and supporting some of the UKs leading CxO resource teams.
I am truly blessed to have been mentored and supported by some of the UKs leading Recruitment/Resource/ RPO/ Manged Service leaders and Entrepreneurs.
From small start ups, through to multi regional international estates. Delivering Contingent, Search, RPO and Associate Program services. It is a career that has been 25 years in the making, and I feel fortunate to have partnered with so many amazing recruiters, Business Leaders, Market leading clients and some of the worlds best talent.
I have hired and trained over 300 recruiters. Together we have delivered into some amazing companies, working with the best in class talent along the way. Whether it is Contingent, RPO services, Associate Program development, search or Resource services I have helped build and manage teams which over the years has helped over 10,000 talented people journey into their next exciting challenge.
